Unexpected Financial Bills for Rent

Everyone has an opinion on payday loans many of them being negative, I was also one of those very people. Recently I found myself going through a really difficult financial time and had nowhere to turn to, this led me with no other choice but to take out a payday loan.  I’m here to tell you all of my experience with a payday loan, and tell you that it is definitely not as bad as what people make it out to be.  It was actually more than really helpful.

Payday loans do come with fees and higher interest than most traditional type of bank loans. However, considering they do not do a credit check, it seems rather risky for them, so therefore I understand why they are bit more expensive than the traditional loan. As someone who does not have good credit and no other loan option, I find this to be quite reasonable.

About six months ago, I found myself struggling really bad. Things were going good at first, I was on time on all of my bills and I was actually getting ahead with a few months saving in my account. I also had a roommate at the time who was splitting the $1200 a month rent with me. She had signed a one year rental agreement with me and if she chose to break the lease, there a $650 dollar fee in order to cover her part of the rent for one month until I could find a new roommate. Never did she once mention the fact that she wanted to move, I knew she had a boyfriend that she had been spending lots of time with, but I had no clue. I left for one weekend to go and visit my parents and when I came back she had completely moved out!!! Took all of her things, plus some of mine and left me high and dry with this month’s rent to pay in full. I was furious and shocked that someone could be so inconsiderate and sneaky. I had actually like this girl and considered her somewhat of a friend. I guess it goes to show you can’t really trust people that much. So I had to dig into my savings to pay the rent. I put out an ad immediately to find a new roommate, but it proved to be really difficult. The next few months is when things really started going south for me, I had used up all of my money for rent and utilities, I was way in over my head being alone in this big place.

Eventually I became behind and this is when I turned to a payday loan for help. This is a saving grace I tell you. If I hadn’t gotten this money, I probably would have been evicted. I was approved and received money in my bank and was able to pay all my monthly expenses. Thankfully I found another roommate to move in, received a first month rent from her and finally could breath.

I’m just too thankful I had the opportunity to take out this short term loan, it really saved me! So even if you think you’re good financially it can turn around so fast. Good thing there are options like this for people.
